The staff here is really friendly and welcoming, and the food is fantastic with a wide variety of options.

The staff was efficient, helpful all the time. The rooms were extremely spacious and fabulous, complete with TV, bath, as example, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.

our standard queen room was equipped with a fridge, a microwave oven and air conditioner. the bed was soft and there was free wi-fi. location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants and shops, prince albert, and shops. we tried some restaurants, including the spice trail which boasted an excellent cuisine.

The location of this place is unbeatable and great, making it an ideal base for staying and exploring the area, the staff are amiable and managed the parking onsite.

The room was clean and absolutely fabulous with a bath when upgraded. The location of this hotel, a short walk to restaurants and shops, was great. It was not too far away from Pizza Hut; I ate there a couple of times.

I've stayed at this hotel 5 times now, always satisfied. The service by Mona and her staff is top-notch. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and have all the amenities you need, like a microwave, fridge, and TV. The layout of the room is well-thought-out, and the bed is really comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, even calling the room to check if we needed anything. They even let us store our bicycles in their secure storage room. The air conditioning works great and is quiet. a great stay!
